This Royal Doulton Albany pattern sugar bowl with lid (pattern number H5121) is a beautiful addition to any collection. It also makes a lovely trinket box. Made of English bone china, it features a delicate flower pattern on a creamy white background.
This sweet item is 4 inches in diameter and 4 inches tall with the lid on. The inside opening is 2 inches wide. It's in lovely condition, with no chips, stains, cracks, or crazing on the body of the piece. The only signs of wear are some scuff marks on the unglazed ring on the bottom of the piece and may well just be kiln marks.
The sugar bowl/trinket box has its original lid and was manufactured in England between 1986 and 2001, when the pattern was discontinued. It was apparently bought in England, since it still has a price stick from a UK stockiest.
